Scalp Care & Treatments

At the Salon at 10 Newbury, we are dedicated to providing our clients with healthy hair services. In order to have healthy hair, it is important to start at the base – a healthy scalp. Scalp care is essential in having healthy, optimal hair growth.

In the era of dry shampoo, we find ourselves washing our hair less frequently. By doing this, we are letting our hair follicles clog up with product buildup, sebum, and skin flakes. A scalp treatment can help remove debris and sebum from the scalp while balancing and restoring the pH of the scalp. Find which scalp treatment will work best for you.

Dry or Dehydrated Scalp?

Try a CRLab Moisturizing Anti-Dandruff Scalp Treatment – formulated to remove any buildup and flakes from the scalp while adding hydration to the scalp.

Greasy or Oily Scalp?

Try a CRLab Sebum Regulating Scalp Treatment – formulated to remove excess sebum and impurities from the scalp as well as any presence of dandruff.

Trying to Prevent Hair Loss?

Try a CRLab Hairloss Prevention Scalp Treatment – formulated to purify the scalp & stimulate micro-circulation so that oxygen and nutrients can reach the hair follicle for optimal hair growth.

Scalp treatment results are immediate & can last up to a month depending on your routine and scalp care.

For long-term results, it is recommended that you come in for a Tricotest to determine a protocol of scalp care that is best for you.

Tricotest by Cesare Ragazzi

The tricotest is an evaluation of the scalp using microscopic cameras and other devices.

By testing the level of hydration, the level of sebum production, and the pH of the scalp, the Tricotest can analyze and recommend a protocol of products to treat and maintain a happy, healthy scalp.
