The beautiful singer’s unique hair style is the result of alternating traditional weaving with fishtail plaiting, which creates textured crown braids. The fuzzy braids are likely held in place with hairspray and defining wax. We’re definitely digging the look for the spring, but what do you think? Love it or leave it?

Pigtail plaits are beyond popular right now. Many models are rocking the look, both on and off the runway, including Karlie Kloss. To achieve this look, make a clean center part and weave outside strands under the middle strand… it’s almost like a reverse French braid… and then switching to a regular braid once you get to the nape of your neck.
