The Salon at 10 Newbury is excited to now offer complimentary, private virtual video consultations with our hair replacement specialist, Pat Wrixon. It is a quick & easy process, and it is all done from the comfort & privacy of your home.
How Does It Work?
The first step in this process would be to schedule a virtual consultation. At the bottom of this page, you will fill out a contact form and provide a date and time frame that works best for you. We will then coordinate with you via email a 30-minute video call to meet you and discuss the options that we have to offer.
When we follow up to schedule your virtual consultation, we will have you send us photos of yourself via email if possible so we can look at you & your hair to prepare for our video call. If you are unable for a virtual consultation, we can consult over a phone call and correspond via email.
Following the video consultation, if you would like to proceed, we will place your order and coordinate to have your wig or topper prepped and schedule an appointment for you to come into the salon to have it cut, styled, and fitted. If you are unable to come into the salon, we can coordinate to have your order shipped directly to you.
Once the order is received, we will schedule a follow-up call to walk you through everything you will need, such as how to take it on and off, how to properly care and maintain at home, and anything else you may need.
